ITB is one of the leading Destination Management Companies in Spain in the incentive and conference markets. In a country with four official languages and several dialects, it is important to have staffing that can guarantee expertise in the local areas. For that reason, we have offices in Barcelona (for eastern Spain and the Balearic Islands), Madrid (for the central and northern parts of the country), and Costa del Sol (for southern Spain and the Canary Islands).
Overview of Services:
We cover every aspect of organization from ground handling and transfers, to registration, hospitality desks, gala dinners and themed banquets. We manage the bookkeeping, project review and debriefing.
We have mastered the art of meeting management, thus ensuring that you will get the ideal venue, on-site inspections, speakers, support equipment and A/V requirements.
We also understand the different aspects and requirements of incentives, for which our expertise is sought, in this demanding type of business.
In addition product launching is another important activity in our country. Our reputation in this field, particularly with car manufactures, is well known.
Mission Statement:
Our creative and innovative programs have established our company as the #1 choice for many demanding major European and American companies. Since 1984, our main purpose has been helping our clients to reach their targets.

CSR Credentials |

This is the list of actions honored by ITB dmc:
- We recycle paper. Not only do we purchase recycled paper to our locally based supplier, but we use both sides of each sheet of paper in 80% of the cases. Besides, when we do "cleaning" of the archive, instead of destroying old files we use all the profitable paper on them contained to print current programs.
- We recycle binding tools. Once an event is finished all items used for binding the working document are re-used if possible: plastic covers, spirals...
- We recycle clips. When we do cleaning of the archive all clips contained in old files are put in boxes and placed in our stationery cupboard for reusing
- We recycle toner. We have a contact with a local supplier that comes to our office on call and collects all empty toner containers.
- We save water: our toilet flush has a double water disposal for less expense
- We save electricity: our light bulbs minimize electricity consume. And 95% of our employees use the staircase versus using the elevator.
- We save in transportation: all our stationery is produced in a locally based company to avoid oil expenses in transportation from other Spanish cities
- We save in computer material: all our computers when broken are brought to the "computer storage room" where our IT responsible dismantled them and uses all parts in good conditions to fix other broken computers. Most of the times with 3 computers that would go waste we're able to build a perfectly working one.
- We save oil: when going to another city for site inspection we use train versus aircraft in 90% of the cases.

Involvement in community - Charity Work |
|
1.- ITB dmc actively supports Casal dels Infants del Raval, a non profitable organization created with the aim to support and educate children in Barcelona with low or inexistent possibilities of receiving a reasonable food board or a decent education.
To this purpose we bring them all the leftovers of our groups: aprons, notebooks, pens, towels, stationery, etc.
Also, we organize together with the Board of Directors of SITE Spain (to which the ITB dmc Sales Manager belongs) a yearly collect of food and toys for Christmas.
2.- As a double SITE member ITB has also contributed to the Unicef foundation by actively participating in the Run the World program and by producing T-shirts which sold benefits goes directly to Unicef
3.- ITB dmc has also a commitment with the Woodberry Woodpeckers Trust, an association created to increase the possibilities in a South Africa orphanage. To this purpose in 2006 ITB sent the Sales Manager on a week trip to Cape Town at the company's expenses to lend a hand starting a respite house (painting, drilling, decorating, etc) and to help with the kids. The project is called Baphumelele and is still active, planning a further action in 2009. With the respite house 107 people got medical attention and were saved from a sure dead only in 2007.
